ehh, so today…. i was so TIRED!
I slept for like 13 hours today. I guess my body is trying to catch up from all those all nighters I pulled this semester. My diet today was also ehh. I have chick-fil-a and a coke for breakfast/lunch, a hand full of popcorn (no butter!!), and then chicken parmesan and a slice of red velvet cake.
I also weighed myself this morning. My starting weight is 157 (but I’m really bloated so maybe I’m really about 2-3 pounds less? idk.)
I’m going to clean up the kitchen now, and then work out. I’ll let you know how that goes later.
